Memo Torres is the Director of Engagement and multimedia journalist for the James Beard award-winning L.A. Taco. Masked ICE and Border Patrol agents raided several parking lots outside Home Depots, Superior Grocers, a bakery, a recycling center, a carnitas spot, a donut shop, and a tea house, resulting in at least 12 confirmed kidnappings of workers and street vendors while also scouting residential areas throughout the Southland.

ICE continues to raid Home Depots, car washes, and abducting workers on their way to work in the early morning. An 18-year-old U.S. Citizen was also detained at a car wash and released later behind a theater and agents pulled a gun on a man in a truck as he tried to get away when they smashed his truck window in the parking lot of a Home Depot.
