The crowd chanted his name and stayed on their feet for at least 5 minutes as the opposing manager tried to ice him by making a pitching change. The cheered for what seemed like an hour after the momentous grand slam, as Vinny said "More Hollywood then Hollywood... that's right, Mannywood". Manny Ramirez, warts and all, has become in less than one year an LA sports legend. The video above captures it even better than the official replay could.
