UPDATE: THE SHOW IS POSTPONED DUE TO VISA ISSUES

Referred to as The Rolling Stones of Salsa, Cuba’s legendary group, Los Van Van will perform at the World Famous Conga Room at LA Live on Thursday, December 2. Produced by Fuego Entertainment, this rare and long-awaited performance will launch their first U.S. tour in years. It will be a night that will make history and a show that fans will not want to miss.

Formed and led by the mega talented composer/ bassist Juan Formell in 1969, Los Van Van are innovators of the Cuban style of salsa, known as ‘Songo,’ a reshaped version of the traditional sound combining Afro-Cuban, rock, hip-hop, funk, and disco with the use of electric guitars, synthesizers and violins.

Self-Defense Against ICE: Community Groups In L.A. Are Uniting to Protect Themselves

More than 50 organizations have joined the call to join this coalition, making it one of Southern California's largest immigrant rights coalitions. The group aims to extend from the San Fernando Valley to the U.S./Mexico border.
