RIDE-Arc Bike Ride ~ Olvera Street Plaza ~ RIDE-Arc is a monthly social bicycle ride in the cool evening air with a referenced Architectural theme, mixed with some Urban Anthropology, and your own personal sense of adventure and discovery. Wonderful rides, good vibes taking you to places that shape the Los Angeles urban landscape. Dramageddon ~ Loyola Marymount Univ. ~ A free, three-day extravaganza for playwrights, actors, directors and more! The Alliance of Los Angeles Playwrights’ big fall event is being presented in conjunction with The Dramatists Guild of America’s visit to Los Angeles, for a full weekend of the ultimate in theatre. ALAP is the premiere playwriting organization on the West Coast. Founded in 1992, ALAP is a support and service organization, with a large and diverse membership of area playwrights, ranging from beginning and student writers to established professionals. ~ Oct.5 - Oct.7 see link for times ~ FREE

Saturday October 6th

Brewery Art Walk ~ The Brewery ~ directions ~The Brewery Art Walk is a twice annual open studio weekend at the worlds largest art colony. Each artwalk, over 100 resident artists participate.
