The Abyssinians LIVE ~ Dub Club

Dem Bow

Dem Bow
Roots reggae legends The Abyssinians played a show last ngiht at The Echo’s Dub-Club. Anyone who does not know their classic Satta Massagana album, needs to find it or suffer the burning hell of Babylon's chains for eternity. A deeply spiritual, meditative, but catchy record, it will redefine your expectations of reggae entirely.

Mash it up!!!!!
Abyssinia

The old men were in tip-top shape, bright colors and perfect harmony. Harmony-singer Lynford Manning, looked oldest yet rocked hardest with dance moves that should have broken his hip. Playing their most beloved classics from "African Race" to "Declaration of Rights," The Abbyssians proved themselves to be Jamaican legends the whole world should have worshipped.
