[dropcap size=big]I[/dropcap]f you are a proud L.A. Taco member, we hope you have eaten your body’s worth in taco perks from the more than 40 participating restaurants and pop-ups around the city.

If you haven’t, we would love to help you achieve this!

This Saturday, our inFOOencer and lead Taco Pimp, a.k.a., L.A. Taco’s Director of Partnerships, Memo Torres, has secured a member tasting with Tripp Burgers.

The L.A. Taco and Burger Show veteran has become one of the best smash burger contenders in Los Angeles. Torres first wrote about him on L.A. Taco in August of last year.

“If you love a good burger, Tripp’s patties are made from Prime-grade chuck, top sirloin, and bacon. They will make your shoulders drop, throw your head back, roll your eyes, make you say uhhhhh, or nod your head at least.”

And what’s better than enjoying a juicy burger? Having it with a fresh and dank pisto. You’ll be able to enjoy this burger and beer euphoria while slamming back a few brews from Frogtown Brewery

All you gotta do to get the L.A. Taco VIP treatment is show your L.A. Taco member black card this Saturday from 5 PM to 7 PM.

If you haven’t signed up to be a member yet, keep yourself from feeling that FOMO for the next event by joining now. We throw a Member Tasting once a month and we have some amazing ones coming up. Come and eat and talk about the taco life in Los Angeles with other fellow proud members and us.

Thank you all for reading and supporting L.A. Taco. The only publication subscription that pays you back in tacos...and juicy smash burgers.

Unmatched Hustle: Immigrant from Michoacán’s Tierra Caliente Creates Innovative Tortillería on Wheels…In Bakersfield

Many come and buy pounds and pounds to share with their family members as soon as they taste a warm “taco de sal,” a tortilla sprinkled simply with salt and rolled up like a thin flauta. It’s common to eat tacos de sal while waiting in line at a tortillería in Mexico, but not so much in the U.S.
