Taco of the Day: Carnitas from Tacos Tumbras a Tomas

Located inside the Grand Central Market, Tacos Tumbras a Tomas is known for their carnitas, birria, and barbacoa but legendary for their heaping helpings. This place has prospered in this spot for a long time for a reason and they count many fans among the downtown taco cognoscenti.
