The main altar at the entrance of Hollywood Forever Cemetery was dedicated to the victims of the Orlando Night Club shooting. Definitely a respectful and beautiful altar dedication.

Installation piece by artist Patrick Martinez, an new altar triptych sculpture. The installation is in honor and remembers youth and young men killed by police in Los Angeles this year: Jesse Romero (14 years old, Boyle Heights, killed by LAPD Aug 2016). Jose Mendez (16 years old , Boyle Heights, Killed by LAPD Feb 2016). Reginald Thomas (35 years old, Pasadena, killed by Pasadena Police Sept 2016).
