Unsilent Night ~ Pan-Pacific Regional Park 7600 Beverly Blvd. Los Angeles, CA 90036 ~7PM ~ Free ~ UNSILENT NIGHT is an electronic caroling party for an infinite number of boomboxes. Different parts of the composition will be distributed on cassettes and CDs. At the given signal, participants will simultaneously press PLAY. When the tapes start rolling, “they blossom into a marvelously crafted symphony.” If you would like to participate and have a portable boombox, please send an e-mail to unsilentnightla@gmail.com, indicating if you need a CD or cassette tape of the song. The more boomboxes there are, the more “voices” in the piece.
