Video: A’s BBQ Serves Chicano-Style Barbeque Tacos in East L.A.

[dropcap size=big]A[/dropcap]self-described "Phoco" primemaster, Alan Cruz is bringing L.A. and Mexican food flavors to Texas BBQ, including smoked cochinita pibil, mole BBQ sauce, rajas mac-and-cheese, and a whole lot more. In the video below, L.A. Taco went to Sara's Market in East L.A. – where A's often pops-up – to try A's signature dish, The Tortillero Special, a taco trio of Chicano BBQ meats served on blue corn tortillas from Kernel of Truth Organics.
