‘The Higher the Socks, the Bomber the Taco:’ Where to Find the Downest Taqueros and Crispiest Mesquite-Grilled Tripitas in O.C.

In what is definitely the best and funniest Hanging with Taqueros episode yet, Laura chilled and got to know the two vatos locos behind Tacos Los Cholos in Anaheim, including an unscripted “sock check” and an inside look into how they make their mesquite-grilled crispy tripas and “soft cuts” like shaved Prime-grade costilla tacos.
