Horrible news this morning that the great Jae Bueno has passed away. Jae was a huge inspiration for us and one of our favorite (and first ever) contributors. Jae first posted on LA TACO in 2007 and would bless our website with his fantastic images regularly ever since-- including two of the central images in our 2011 yearbook. He was an icon in the LA photography, graffiti, tattooing, and car culture scenes and everyone who met him immediately wanted to be his friend. Special condolences for his wife and partner, Stephanie Bueno. Jae will be greatly missed by the city of Los Angeles.
