The L.A. Taco Horoscopes for December, 2019

    [dropcap size=big]D[/dropcap]ecember’s Full Moon is called the Cold Moon, referring to temperature, not mood. And this month will be warm, open-hearted, and little bit sappy (December 12th). Hot on the Moon’s heels, the Geminid Meteor Shower peaks the night of the 14th, brightening minds and adding sparkle to conversations. (It will be pretty too, so don’t forget to look up that night.) Winter Solstice brings the shortest day of the year (December 21st). The year’s shortest day is followed by its longest night. Make the most of it by staying in and making new memories with the people you love.

    Aries (March 21 – April 20)

    The Ram gets good money news this December. The Full Moon shines a light in your Personal Income House, signifying financial stability (December 12th). Use your words, not your horns on the 14th, when the Geminid Meteor Shower supports communication. (Also, check out the shower. It should be gorgeous.) Watch out for tantrums (not necessarily yours) on the 22nd. When the moody Moon aligns with Mars, hotter heads prevail.

    Taurus (April 21 – May 21)

    'Tis the season for Nostalgia, Taurus. When your ruling Venus aligns with Saturn, attachment to a childhood home or family recipe is strong. It is okay to walk down memory lane, but don’t forget to forge new traditions (December 10th). Taurus hosts December’s Cold Moon on the 12th. This aspect signifies money.     Gemini (May 22 – June 21)

    Gemini hosts spectacular sky events this month and the Twins will access deeper levels of self.  Generate good karma with the help of Full Moon December 12th.  It lands in your Subconscious House, illuminating neglected goals.  Make them real in 2020. Midmonth, the Geminid Meteor Shower peaks. Your bright mind will entertain and inspire those around you (December 14th).  Enjoy mental clarity all month, especially during the Winter Solstice (December 21st). This is the longest night of the year in North America, and it supports partnerships. Stick with those who choose honesty over ambition.

    Cancer (June 22 – July 22)

    The Crab gets sappy this Holiday Season—all hugs and no pincers. December’s Full Moon is known as the Cold Moon, but the nickname refers to sweater weather, not human emotions. Cancer feels the warm vibes more than anyone when the Moon shines in your Friendship House (December 12th). Put positive energy into your relationships.     Leo (July 23 – August 22)

    Get your ducks in a row, Lion. December’s Cold Moon supports order. When it lands in your Career House on the 12th, expect commonsense solutions to workplace concerns. And while you are in an organizing mood, you may as well tidy up some home affairs.     Libra (September 23 – October 22)

    Libra’s December is open-hearted. Your ruling Venus aligns with Saturn in your House of Love on the 10th. Feel a deep connection with others. You are surrounded by people who mean everything to you. The Full Moon shines in your House of Transformation on the 12th, supporting emotional health.     Scorpio (October 23 – November 21)

Pick a family-friendly movie, play games, and remember what the season is really about. On the 22nd, your ruling Mars aligns with the Moon in your Subconscious House. Expect deep-seated emotions to surface. Give yourself a break, but recognize emotional patterns that are not serving you. Why not leave them behind in 2019?

    Sagittarius (November 22 – December 21)

    Capricorn (December 22 – January 20)

    The Sea-Goat gets philosophical this December. When your ruling Saturn aligns with lovely Venus in your Karma House (December 10th), take a deep dive into your meditative practice and remember that we are all one.     Aquarius (January 21 – February 19)

    Aquarius, your vivid imagination will get you out of a jam this month.  Get crafty when the Cold Moon shines in your Creativity House (December 12th). A simple fix will go a long way. Planning a career move? The Geminid Meteor Shower peaks on the 14th, brightening your Workplace Sector. And on the 21st, celebrate the Winter Solstice with friends. This Sun is in your Community House that day, bringing warmth on a cold day. Enjoy good friends, good neighbors, and good food.

    Pisces (February 19 – March 20)

    Feeling chatty, fish? The Cold Moon lands in your Communication House (December 12th). Emotional clarity is supported by talking things out with a friend. On the 14th, the beautiful Geminid Meteor Shower peaks in your House of Love. Buy the gift. Give the hug. On the 21st, celebrate the Winter Solstice with your best friend. Notice what you love about them, and then steal those great qualities. December takes the love you have and increases it. 

    Ophiuchus (November 29 – December 17)
