GoT Watch Party! ~ Where to Catch the Game of Thrones Finale in L.A.

[dropcap size=big]I[/dropcap]’m scared. Are you scared? We spent 10 years together, die hard Game of Thrones stans. And this Sunday (May 19) it all comes to an end.

Let’s hope that it will give us at least a modicum of satisfaction. And if, like me, you are worried that it won’t, these watch parties may be our best bet of getting through it together.

So if you don’t want to watch the show die alone, here are some fine options for where to watch the series finale of Game of Thrones.

GoT Cocktails at Hotel Figueroa

No Cover

The most casual of all the watch parties on this list is at the beautiful Hotel Figueroa. There’s no cover to get in and the drink menu features some nods to the show. Space is first come first serve. More info here.

Start Time: 5:30 pm
Where: Hotel Figueroa, DTLA

Dinner and a Show in the Valley

If you’re in the Valley, Sloane’s Valley Village is hosting a dinner and a show-style watch party. Get dinner and drinks at 7 pm and then watch the finale at 8 pm. The menu will have some GoT flourishes. More info here.

Start Time: 7 pm
Where: Sloane’s Valley Village, Valley Village

Dragon Wings and Tacos From Beyond the Wall

$5

Late night Belizean food specialist No Reservations LA is hosting a watch party with a special GoT menu featuring items called Dragon Wings, Sansa Lemon Pie, Tacos From Beyond the Wall, and The Hound’s Burger. They also have a spicy shrimp dish called King Slayers. More info here.

Start Time: 7 pm
Where: No Reservations LA, Little Ethiopia

Mini Iron Throne Crafting Party in Sierra Madre

$40

Let’s face it. The king of your empire is your cell phone. It’s your Bran Stark, at least. At Craft Sierra Madre’s watch party you can see Jon and Daenerys … battle maybe? And you can do that while building a phone charger that resembles the Iron Throne of Westeros. More info here.

Start Time: 4 pm
Where: Craft Sierra Madre, Sierra Madre

Win a Full Size Iron Throne at Brennan's

$10

Now if you want an actual Iron Throne because you’re a mad, mad queen or king, Brennan's is raffling a full replica of the thing at the end of their finale watch party. It’s a pub too so even if you don’t win, and the finale goes awry, you can drown your sorrows like Tormund Giantsbane chugging a horn of wine. More info here.

Start Time: 4 pm
Where: Brennan's, Marina Del Rey

GoT Themed Beer and Wine Specials in Studio City

Gray Tavern in Studio city will air the Eastern Standard Time version of the finale at 6 pm. They will also have drink specials and GoT inspired menu. They even have a White Walker Johnny Walker. More info here.

Start Time: 5:30 pm
Where: Gray Tavern, Studio City

Private Screening Room in Long Beach

$10

There are still tickets (as of Friday morning) to say goodbye to Westeros in the comfort of this private screening room in Long Beach. This one is for the hardcore nerds. It typically sells out by Sunday. Most people go in costumes and there’s a round of Game of Thrones trivia. More info here.

Start Time: 8:30 pm
Where: My Acting Studio, Long Beach
