Video: “Te Amo Pacoima” ~ Meet Frankie C.

L.A. TACO was invited over to the city of Pacoima to talk with featured photographer Meet Frankie C and his recent public art project "Te Amo Pacoima". Below is Frankie C's artist quote about the project with a video below of the installation of the benches.

"Te Amo Pacoima" represents the beautiful people that come from other countries and face everyday challenges. The tree images starting with the man with praying hands represents " Hope and respect for the people" the woman holding the baby represents "Family and unity" the man playing the violin represents "Love for the craft". I believe all these things are the core values of what Pacoima is in my eyes. Although I wasn't born or raised in Pacoima, I have great respect for the people and love for accepting my work.
