Video: Remembering the Dodgers 1988 NLCS with the New York Mets

As the Dodgers and Mets prepare to meet in tonight's winner take all Game 5, we remember 1988's epic NL Championship Series between the two beloved franchises.

Games 4, 5 and 7 were some of the best moments in LA sports history. At the time, no one would know that the season would end in a World Series victory, just getting past the Mets was enough. It wasn't easy, but in the words of Vin Scully,

"In the History of the Dodgers, nothing comes easy"
