Slow Culture Opens August 2 ~ Highland Park

Slow Culture

Next Friday, August 2, Highland Park's This Gallery is becoming Slow Culture under new owners Steve Lee, Benjie Escobar, and the Guerrero brothers, whose family operates The Oinkster and Maximiliano, among other local standouts. The first show will debut that night, featuring the photography of Rick Rodney, with significant changes made to the interior by the team and a new floor plan from Knowhowshop. Owner Frederick Guerrero tells TACO, "Considering the history of this space and our relationship to the community, this has been a really important project for us all." Come check it out at 7:00 P.M. at 5906 N. Figueroa Highland Park.
