The 11th Annual L.A. Tofu Festival plans to rock over 100 creative, sumptous tofu dishes served by trendy L.A. chefs like Tommy Tang and Iron Chef Morimoto. Select gourmet soy products and a wide array of Pan-Asian from Thai to Hawaiian, as well as meat-heavy plates, will also be among the delicacies available.
