Eastside Mural Ride ~ Boyle Heights, East LA

NELA Mural Ride

There's an old saying: In Europe - all roads lead to Rome. In Southern California - all freeways lead to East Los Angeles. Join us on Saturday, May 16th for a family friendly ride through the streets of Boyle Heights and East LA as we visit some of the most famous murals in our city.

This is the third in an unofficial series of guided mural rides; previous rides included North East LA & the North East San Fernando Valley. We'll be stopping and discussing the history of the murals and current issues affecting the community. We will also have some of the artists discussing their work, and the current state or murals in the city.

Meet up at 10am at La Concha: 1214 East 1st St and we ride out from there. We will have bike marshals and support, but your bike needs to be in working condition for this ride. RSVP on Facebook ride updates and we'll see you Saturday!
