Birdman “Wish You Were Here ” ~ Opens December 9th

Opening Reception Friday, December 9th 6pm ~ Novel Cafe ~ 811 Traction Avenue

One of our favorite street art photographers has his first solo show this weekend in the arts district-- don't miss it. Birdman's speciality is putting you in the moment, either as a fly on the wall as street artists do their work in the LA darkness, or by making the viewer a part of the streetscape-- lights streak by empty roads as time slows down, creating permanence from the ephemera of street art. You may wish you were here, but you don't have to be, as the photograph creates a lasting work of art all its own while never straying from the central mission of highlighting some of the best underground public art in the city of Los Angeles.
