Where Can I find a Map of all the Locations?

HOW ARE THE 32 LOCATIONS CHOSEN (AKA WHERE'S MY FAVORITE?)

One thing to keep in mind is that this is a popularity contest for LA's favorite taco. Favorite usually is pretty similar to best, but this isn't a panel of judges voting in secret, it's a fun, public expression of one city's passionate love of tacos. Locations are chosen based on the following criteria: Taste, Authenticity, Reputation, and History. First, we ask for user submissions. Next, we ask a panel of expert taco-lovers from all over Los Angeles to give us their picks to help determine who really belongs. We also scour local blogs, social media, food festivals, and get tips from old men in dive bars to determine which locations get to compete for the title of L.A.'s favorite taco. If your favorite isn't on the list this year, get your friends lobby us next year and make it happen.

A Note on Voting

95% of the votes received are by individuals who have a passion for tacos, or at least for one particular taco location. Using the maximum protection afforded by SurveyMonkey.com, we screen out bots. Starting in the Second Round of Taco Madness 2014 we will require an email to be submitted for each vote, and those who submit false email addresses will have their votes deleted. While we know some people have many email addresses, these measures help ensure that the vote is the best, fairest reflection of the taco community we can get. Thank you for helping us make this a fun competition to crown LA's favorite taco.
