Frank Romero, legendary Chicano artist, will present iconic work spanning decades tonight (Thursday,. Dec 22) at Eastern Projects Gallery in Chinatown. A founding member of Los Four, Romero has defined Chicano art while himself refusing to be defined by labels or limits. For our younger readers, this is a chance to go see an important artist whose voice is still vibrant and whose work still resonates with anyone who loves the city of Los Angeles and its distinct culture. In his art you can find reflections of the culture he represents, but always in the unique template that the artist has honed through the years.
