LEBA does Art Basel ~ Day One

Every year Art Basel Miami brings artists together from all over the world. What started as a slow trickle from Los Angeles has become a torrent, as Miami's graffiti-friendly culture centered at Wynwood mixes with the international art crowd in Miami Beach.

This year L.A. artist LEBA "@leba" visited Miami to paint, party, and take photos. Please enjoy this gallery...

"

When we landed in Orlando at 4am we had no idea what to expect, all we knew about Basel was what we had heard.

First things first, we went to pick up some cans at the local paint shop 004 connec, which carries their own line of paint called Evolve for $3 a can, I was actually surprised by the quality of the paint, I suggest you try some yourself.

We hurriedly ran down to Miami and 25th to try and rack some wall to paint, but everything was already spoken for, looked like if we were gonna get up, we were gonna have to claim something.

On our search to find our Wynwood destiny we snapped some shots of the action going on all around us for blocks on end...
