Hawthorne Police Arrest Man For Filming Them, Then Shoot His Dog

Be warned that this video is very painful to watch, it shows a police officer shoot a rottweiler dog multiple times, and the dog twists and writhes with pain on the ground as a stunned crowd wails and screams. The situation got to that point because the officers arrested a man who was peacefully filming them with his phone from the sidewalk.
