TV on the Radio is probably sold out, we don't even bother to check these things anymore. Maybe we'll check out Eagle and Talon instead. West African tribal royalty and Afro-Funke drum-master Remi Kabaka will break it down in Santa Monica tonight amidst djs and live drummers doing their weekly Afro-funkiest. Fight the homophobic power at El Cid on Friday night and watch some local burisers battle it out in Sherman Oaks on Saturday. If you're off of religion and whutnot, the Sakura Festival in Little Tokyo should mellow you out after all that violence and booty-shaking come Sunday.
