Forró in L.A. ~ Brazilian Dancing on Aug. 26th

 This Friday Forró in LA presents live music by “Pé de Forró” with a repertoire from Luiz Gonzaga to Bicho do Pé, playing hits from the classics to the most contemporary Forró bands in Brazil featuring the various styles of Forró including pé de serra, xote, xaxado to baião.  Reyes will be playing his 100% Forró selections, and Andrea and Fabio teaches the basic steps to get everyone dancing.  The evening is complemented by Ubatuba Açaí with their energizing bowls of goodness, caipirinhas and the great atmosphere made by all the “Forrozeiros” that attend the event. $10/door.  www.forroinla.com
