During Bloomfest 2012, LA Freewalls was asked to have some artists paint a large mural on 4th Place near the Arts District. Graffiti artists SEEN and RISK blessed this wall with a great palette of color and life. ICE has continued targeting courthouses, jails, sending folks to hospitals still, crashing their vehicles, and performing Kavanaugh stops still, which, if you’re still unfamiliar with the term, are basically Supreme Court-endorsed racial profiling stops.
