Eagle Rock Music Festival 10 Is Tomorrow ~ Eagle Rock

This weekend is the free Eagle Rock Music Festival, a street festival spanning 6 blocks of Colorado Boulevard in Eagle Rock, from 5pm-midnight. 16 showcases of diverse music- 100% local and independent  with a focus on LA's local music scene from Highland Park to Boyle Heights and Downtown to Silverlake. 60 plus artists will be playing the Festival this year  - A full line up is at myspace.com.

Bands play in and out of coffee shops, on motel balconies, inside historic social clubs and churches, and outside of tire and auto repair shops too. 

Top Los Angeles taco truck La Estrella will be there!

THE EAGLE ROCK MUSIC FESTIVAL IS A FREE, ALL AGES, ALL GENRES FESTIVAL THAT TAKES OVER THE STREETS OF EAGLE ROCK, OCTOBER 4, 5PM-MIDNIGHT. Global, jazz, emerging rock, eclectic pop, underground hip hop, latin, funk, punk, rock, soul, americana,  zydeco, experimental sound....plus live painting by Unification Theory, discussions of public space with Islands of LA, Mamacita's Market (artisan vendors), Bughouse SoundSite (Interactive Sound/Music Installation), and more
