TACOS EL GÜERASO ~ MONTEBELLO
Montebello’s Tacos El Güeraso, which is known for its 25-tacos-for-$20 special, will begin offering Tijuana-style tacos varios today.
This filling, lesser-seen style of taco features handmade corn tortillas grilled over mesquite, cradling a variety of different guisados plopped over rice and refried beans. The tacos are a mainstay among Tijuana’s working class for their affordability and ability to fill people up for hours.
